  REST API to manage fallback cache for SIPRec service and routing fallback configuration for mediaservice functions.

  This API provides functionality to get events related to SIPRec sessions and fetch and delete recording files.

• Cloud SIP UA

  Cloud SIP UA (User Agent) API enables thin devices that do not fit a full SIP-stack implementation to connect with SIP-based communication systems through REST APIs and real-time callbacks that mirror SIP signaling.

• Hybrid Services

  REST API to manipulate site configuration of the hybrid system. List, drain, commission and decommission hosts.

• Mediaservice

  The mediaservice API provides functionality to build the advanced interactive call flows where REST callbacks are triggered upon new incoming calls or changes in call state during ongoing calls.

• Provisioning

  The provisioning API provides functionality to provision features provided by the platform, such as SIP devices and trunks. It also offers access to log data, usage statistics, documentation and access to API tokens.

• SIP Device Monitoring

  REST and SNS callback events to monitor SIP devices registration and dialog state.

• SIP Message & SCAIP

  REST and SNS/SQS API to send and receive SIP MESSAGE requests, for example for SCAIP alarm service integration.
