The service integrates seamlessly with existing voice applications or customer-developed solutions, as well as platforms built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google technologies, such as Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Lex, Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) platform and Google Dialogflow.
The AI Connect Service can be seamlessly integrated with customer-specific AI applications or leading AI platforms. The service allows businesses to enhance their voice systems by connecting to AWS capabilities for transcription and natural language processing, Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) platform and Google Dialogflow for creating sophisticated conversational AI experiences.
The AI Connect Service empowers organizations to analyze call metadata such as calling party number and IP addresses, and real-time voice streams, and gain actionable insights that drive better decision-making. The AI Connect Service works seamlessly with the iotcomms.io SIP Mediaserver Service and Recording Service, enabling a complete solution for voice/video and data integration. Calls are connected through the SIP Mediaserver Service or the SIPRec interface of Recording Service, ensuring secure and efficient data handling. This setup allows real-time and post-call analysis of voice and video streams while supporting diverse communication workflows.
