AI Connect Service - Pricing

The AI Connect Service offers a straightforward and scalable pricing model, ensuring transparency and alignment with your actual usage. Charges are based on two metrics; the number of voice or video minutes streamed to external systems and the number of calls for which real-time metadata is provided.
Charges are based on the total amount of minutes of voice streamed to external systems. Each stream is measured individually, and for calls with multiple participants each participant's stream is counted separately. The total duration is aggregated for the month.
How it's calculated
For example, if 200 calls occur in a month, each with two participants (resulting in two streams per call), and each stream lasts 10 minutes, the total amount of streamed minutes would be 200 x 2 x 10 = 4,000 minutes. The cost is calculated by multiplying the total amount of streamed minutes with the rate per minute.
This charge is based on the number of calls set up for which real-time metadata is delivered. Each call is counted as one unit for billing purposes, regardless of its duration or complexity.
How it's calculated
For instance, if 600 calls in a month generate real-time metadata, and the rate is $Z per call, the total cost for metadata delivery is 600 x $Z.
This pricing model allows you to pay only for the voice streaming and metadata services you use. With transparent metrics and predictable costs, the AI Connect Service supports flexible and cost-effective operations for businesses of all sizes.
When used in conjunction with the SIP Mediaserver Service charges for the call legs that originate and terminate from the service is charged additionally. The AI Connect Service may be used in conjunction with recording functions which are charged separately.
