With a pay-as-you-grow pricing model, you only pay for the resources and services you use. This makes cost predictable and aligns expenses directly with usage, ensuring no surprises at the end of the billing period.

The pricing structure of the Alarmbridge Service has several variable elements to reflect actual usage, providing transparency and flexibility for organizations of all sizes.

Alarmbridge Service Messages are charged for based on the total number of IP-based protocol messages processed during the month, including sent and received messages over protocols such as SCAIP, NOW-IP, or SIA.

• How it's calculated

  If 50,000 protocol messages are processed in a month at a rate of $X per message, the total cost for Alarmbridge Service Messages is calculated as 50,000 x $X.

Alarmbridge Service Calls are charged for based on the number of call minutes associated with alarm events. Each call leg within an alarm session is charged for individually. For example, an inbound analog alarm event counts as one leg, and if connected via voice to an ARC operator, an additional outbound call leg is counted.

• How it's calculated

  If there are 8,000 minutes of Alarmbridge Service Calls in a month at a rate of $Y per minute, the total cost for Alarmbridge Service Calls is calculated as 8,000 x $Y.

Provisioned Devices are charged for based on the peak number of alarm units provisioned within iotcomms.io's Device Service during the month. Each unit configured to transmit alarm events must be provisioned, allowing the Alarmbridge Service to manage and route events effectively.

• How it's calculated

  If the peak number of provisioned devices in a month reaches 2,000 at a rate of $Z per device, the total cost for Provisioned Devices is calculated as 2,000 x $Z.

Related service charges may apply depending on your use case, such as SIP Core Service for interconnecting with external systems, Alarmbridge Connect Service for reliable analogue alarm event transmission, Device Service that provisions your devices and manages and authenticates their connectivity with the iotcomms.io cloud services, including Alarmbridge Service. or Connectivity Service for VPN connectivity. These services are charged for separately based on actual usage.

This pricing structure ensures your costs align with actual usage, making it easy to scale the Alarmbridge Service as your organization grows while keeping expenses predictable and manageable.
