Cloud SIP UA Service - Pricing

The cloud service model is all about flexibility and efficiency. One of the most significant advantages is the pay-as-you-grow pricing model. You only pay for the resources and services you actively use, which makes costs more predictable and ensures there are no surprises at the end of the month.

For the SIP Cloud UA Service the primary charge is based on the peak number of provisioned SIP Cloud UA devices within a given month.

• How it's calculated

  If you provision 1,000 SIP Cloud UA devices during a month and the rate is $Y per device, the cost for the month is 1,000 x $Y.

SIP Cloud UA Minutes are billed according to the **total number of voice call minutes placed and received per month by a provisioned SIP Cloud UA. The total duration of these calls is tracked and billed monthly.

If a call is placed between two SIP Cloud User Agents within the services it is counted as two calls, one originating and one terminating.

• How it's calculated

  If your users make and receive 1,000 minutes of voice calls in a month and the rate is $Z per minute, the cost for VoIP minutes would be 1,000 x $Z.

Calls placed and received through the SIP Cloud UA Service may incur additional charges from related services, including:

• SIP Core Transcoding Minutes

  Costs apply for media transcoding handled by the SIP Core Service to ensure compatibility between endpoints.

• SIP Core Trunk Usage

  External connectivity through SIP Core trunks is billed separately based on actual usage.

• SIP Mediaserver Minutes

  Advanced features like IVR or real-time media processing handled by the SIP Mediaserver Service are charged per minute of active media use.

These additional services are charged for independently, providing clear transparency into your overall costs based on the specific services and features you utilize.
