The Device Service is charged for based on the peak number of devices provisioned during the month, providing usage-based pricing tailored to your organization's actual usage. Each device type is priced independently, with WebRTC devices charged for based on peak concurrent registrations rather than total provisions. This model ensures that you pay only for the device capacity you actively use, keeping costs predictable and aligned with your needs.

  1. SIP Devices

    SIP devices, such as SIP phones and softphones, are charged for based on the peak number of devices provisioned in a month.

    • How It's Calculated

      If your peak usage in a month reaches 2,000 SIP devices and the rate is $X per device, the cost for SIP Devices is:

    Alarmbridge Connect devices, which integrate with alarm systems, are charged for based on the peak number of devices provisioned in a month.
