Telia, which has been using the platform since 2019 for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and call recording services, can now offer a sovereign cloud model for customers that require handling of personal data in Telia’s own data center.’s hybrid cloud-edge option adds deployment flexibility to solution providers needing the option to handle customer and personal data in own data centers, avoiding the need to process data in the public cloud. With the new deployment option solution providers can build services such as IVR, cloud PBX, and call recording in the cloud while deploying the services in their local datacenter. This option brings many of the benefits typically associated with cloud deployments thanks to’s seamless cloud-edge application delivery.

We knew the superiority of the communications platform as we already use it in our Telia ACE platform for the call recording and IVR applications. For us it was therefore natural to ask for their hybrid cloud-edge deployment option to further enhance our contact center and sovereign cloud offerings.
