User Terms

3 Permitted use

3.1 Only Authorized Users who have been given user logins and passwords by Customer or by iotcomms.io may use the Services.

3.2 By accessing or using the Services, you agree to:

• (i) only access or use the Services using your own then valid login credentials;
•  
• (ii) only upload content and data to which you or Customer owns all required rights
  under law and under contractual relationships;
•  
• (iii) ensure that any data uploaded to the Services is free from virus, trojans, worms
  or other malicious software or code, is in the agreed format, and otherwise cannot
  harm or adversely affect the Services;
•  
•  (iv) always comply with all applicable laws, regulations and public orders;
•  
• (v) keep confidential all login credentials, security methods and other information
  provided by us to access the Services; and
•  
• (vi) promptly notify us if you suspect that your user account or your credentials have
  been or are being used by a third party.

3.3 By accessing or using the Services you agree not to, by yourself or through a third party:

• (i) access the Services other than through interfaces provided by iotcomms.io and
  as otherwise expressly authorized under these User Terms;
•  
• (ii) use the Services in a manner contrary to our, or any third parties, rights and interests;
•  
• (iii) input, upload, transmit or otherwise provide to or through the Services, any information
  or materials that are unlawful or injurious, or contain, transmit or activate any harmful code;
•  
• (iv) bypass or breach any security device or protection used by the Services;
•  
• (v) damage, destroy, disrupt, disable, impair, interfere with or otherwise impede or harm in any
  manner the Services;
•  
• (vi) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make
  available any portion of the Services to any third party;
•  
• (vii) copy, modify or create derivative works or improvements of the Services;
•  
• (viii) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, adapt or otherwise attempt
  to derive or gain access to the source code of the Platform, in whole or in part;
•  
• (ix) alter, remove, obscure, frame or mirror iotcomms.io’s or its suppliers’ branding,
  proprietary notices or any content forming part of the Services; or
•  
• (x) access or use the Services for purposes of competitive analysis, development, provision
  or use of a competing software service or product or for any other purpose that is iotcomms.io’s
  detriment or commercial disadvantage.
