In this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) we describe how we collect and use your personal data when you visit our website https://iotcomms.io (the “Website”), enter or use the iotcomms.io cloud-based platform for real-time communications services (the “Service”) as a trial user, or otherwise interact with us. When referring to “iotcomms.io”, “we” or “us”, we mean IOT Communications International AB, which is the responsible legal entity, or the “data controller”, for the collection and use of personal data described herein.
Please note that this Privacy Policy only concerns the processing of personal data for which iotcomms.io is the data controller, i.e. where we have decided the means and purposes of the processing of personal data.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not concern any processing of personal data that we may conduct as a data processor as a result of your and your organization’s use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal data that you and/or other members of your organization provide when using iotcomms.io’s Services.
iotcomms.io is a company registered in Sweden and is subject to the General Data Protection Legislation (the “GDPR”) and other applicable data protection legislation within the European Union and European Economic Area. What data do we collect?

Who do we share your data with?
