Receive P100 alarms in your SIA-enabled ARC platform

Expand into lift alarm handling without replacing your existing platform. Our cloud-based Alarmbridge Service converts P100 alarm and status information into SIA-DCS events and enables voice communication between operators and people in the lift when required.

Connect lift emergency devices

Extend your existing ARC platform’s protocol coverage.

Receive alarm and status events

Handle emergency alarms, test calls and technical faults.

Enable voice communication

Let operators offer assistance by speaking directly with the person in the lift.

How P100 to SIA conversion works

Alarm and status events

When a P100 lift device places an alarm call, it is delivered to Alarmbridge through an external SIP trunk. Alarmbridge decodes the alarm information, maps it to SIA-DCS, and forwards the event to your ARC platform. Supported events depend on the configured SIA mapping profile.
For alarms with voice, voice bridging can be enabled to connect the call to your ARC’s configured voice destination, allowing the operator to speak with the person in the lift.
